Authorized users can lock and unlock the firearm remotely using a mobile app. If the weapon is lost, stolen, or involved in an altercation, it can be disabled instantly.

The weapon communicates when it’s moved unexpectedly and continuously relays its location via encrypted channels.

The firearm can be automatically locked when entering sensitive areas (e.g., schools, hospitals) or if it exits designated safe zones.

FounderEdmond “Ed” Dadisho is a retired police chief with more than 38 years of experience in law enforcement. He began his career with the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD), where he rose through the ranks over 25 years of service. Following his retirement from the LAPD, Ed led the Suisun City Police Department as Chief for nine years.
He was later appointed by the City of Bell to serve as its first police chief in the wake of a high-profile corruption scandal. There, he successfully rebuilt the department, restoring trust and operational excellence.
Ed holds a master’s degree in Emergency Management from California State University, Long Beach. He was named the first Research Fellow for the International Association of Chiefs of Police and has published notable work on identity theft.
A respected leader and reformer, Ed brings deep operational insight, crisis management experience, and a lifelong commitment to public safety to his role at Safety Arms Systems.

His experience in E-Commerce Operations Management as well as Industrial Engineering has equipped Wilson with comprehensive experience in leading complex, technology-driven operations. With an MBA and a strong foundation in business, he has successfully managed large-scale CAPEX initiatives and led cross-functional teams while implementing data-driven solutions that have delivered significant cost savings and operational improvements.

Lene Baxter is a West Point graduate, Army veteran, and experienced marketing leader with over 14 years in the field. Her background spans both B2C and B2G, starting in the outdoor sports industry and, for the past five years, focusing on marketing for defense and public safety organizations.
As CMO of Safety Arms Systems, Lene is responsible for shaping the company’s brand, messaging, and overall marketing strategy. She works closely with cross-functional teams to make sure the technology resonates with the people it’s built for, especially those in law enforcement and government.
She also brings hands-on experience in SaaS product management, aligning user needs with product capabilities and market demand. A founder of three companies and a key contributor in several startups, Lene is used to building from scratch and making sense of complex challenges. She brings a straightforward, strategic approach to everything she does - grounded in service, curiosity, and a commitment to doing meaningful work.

Michelle Ammann is a multidisciplinary designer and creative leader with a background in UX, visual design, and storytelling. As Chief Creative Officer at Safety Arms Systems, she oversees all creative direction — from branding and user experience to photo, video, and content design — helping translate complex technology into compelling, human-centered experiences.
Michelle brings a unique blend of creative discipline and strategic thinking, shaped by her background in design leadership in both startup and government-adjacent environments. Her work over the last 5 years in the defense and public safety space has included SaaS product design, brand overhauls, immersive content campaigns, and event design that have directly supported fundraising, growth, and engagement efforts.
With a foundation in human-computer interaction and a track record of delivering results, Michelle pushes beyond the expected to create design work that is both meaningful and memorable.
